IF THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED IN ALBEMARLE COUNTY, ALL STORM SEWER SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM OF 4" INCHES AGGREGATE BEDDING MATERIAL. B. 6ACKFILL FOR ALL UTILITIES WITHIN PROPOSED STREETS SHALL BE PLACED GENERALLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALBEMARLE COUNTY UTILITY SPECIFICATIONS AND THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: 1) NO TRENCH SHALL BE BACKFILLED UNTIL AUTHORIZED BY THE INSPECTOR OR OWNER OR HIS AUTHOR/ZED REPRESENTATIVE.
