The submitted plan does not contain the following information which is required by the ordinance. The applicable provisions of the ordinance are included. 1. Title of subdivision. (Each application requires a name) [18.52a] • 2. Note that Ronald Harvey is the owner and provide complete address. [18-52a] 3. Specify the width of Route 699. [18-52d] 4. Label power line easement. [18-52e] 6. Identify the area between the cul de sacs. [18-52f] 7. Show "End State Maintenance" on Route 699. [18-52e] 8. Provide boundary survey. [18-52e] 9. Dimension each building site. [18-52o] 10. The preservation tract must contain at least forty acres. [18-52j] 11. Show building site on the preservation tract. [18-52o] • Applewood Cove C September 27, 1995 Page 2 12. Add remnant at Southern portion of parcel 3 to adjacent parcel, or otherwise label. [18-33, 18-52f] 13. Double frontage lots 1 and 7 require waiver. [18-34] 14. All three rural preservation developments may be shown on a single plat. However, they must be submitted separately. Each application must show the notation pertinent to it alone.
