The updated plans reflect changes to address your comments as described below: 1. (4) residential affordable dwelling units have been shown and labeled on the site plan. 2. (26) total proposed residential units are proposed with this plan. Notes have been revised to match. 3. Landscaping plan has been revised to match the approved landscaping plan. Mitigation plan has been removed from the minor site plan amendment and included with the VSMP amendment per Albemarle County engineering department request. 4. Title on the coversheet has been revised to specify the site plan number "SDP201700034". 5. Note added to cover sheet specifying the previously approved plan number and approval date of the original plan. 6. 'Zoning District" revised on the cover sheet to include "ZMA2007-00012". 7. "Minor Site Plan Amendment Proposed Changes" list has been revised to include all the changes to the site plan proposed with this amendment. 8. Clouds have been included around all proposed site plan changes. 9. Site data, proposed building area, percent impervious and calculation for 5% parking lot area have been revised per site plan changes. 10. Triangle labels for minor site plan amendment changes have been shown with corresponding bubble on the plan. 11. The existing conditions sheets have been separated to match the approved site plan. All valid notes and details from the approved site plan have been included on the minor site plan amendment. 12. Cover sheet notes have been numbered to match the approved site plan. 13. Note #41 on the cover sheet has been revised to list "Snapdragon Lane". 14. "Proposed trail easement' label has been removed from the plan. This trail easement is existing and has been labeled as such on the plans. Deed book and page number for this easement has been provided on the existing conditions sheet C1-02. 15. Total number of sheets has been added to the sheet list table on the cover sheet. 16. Zoning and present use of abutting parcel TMP 56-74A has been labeled on the existing conditions sheet C1-01. 17. Phasing narrative has been added to the site plan sheet, C2-01. 18. Note on cover sheet revised to correctly specify "Subject Parcel is in the Beaver Creek Reservoir Water Supply Watershed." 19. Distance to the centerline of the nearest existing street intersection from the proposed ingress and egress has been shown on sheets C2-01 and C3-01. 20. Maximum footprint for each building has been provided on sheet C2-01. 21. Building chart and notes on sheet C2-01 have been revised. 22. Total number of residences provided on the building chart, sheet C2-01. 23. Trail hatched as pavement on sheet C3-01. 24. (26) residential units are proposed with this plan. Site calculations have been revised to match the number of units proposed with this plan. See building chart on sheet C2-01 for information on the buildings and existing structures. 25. "Building type" and "unit' have been labeled for each of the proposed buildings on sheet C2-01. 26. Hatched areas have been provided along the parking spaces that are reduced in depth. 27. Signature panel removed from the cover sheet. 28. Note added to the coversheet specifying that no exterior lighting is proposed with this plan. 29. Proposed tree line has been shown on sheets C2-01 and 06-01. 30. Mitigation plan has been removed from the landscaping plan and included with the VSMP amendment, per Albemarle County engineering department request. The disturbances within the stream buffer have been greatly reduced with this minor site plan amendment; mitigation plantings have been revised to match the new, reduced disturbance area. Tree protection and silt fence have been shown and labeled on the landscaping plan. Landscaping legend provided on the landscaping plan. Parrott Branch coincides with the property boundary and has been labeled as such. Landscaping plan has been revised to match the approved landscaping plan. Canopy calculations have been revised to match the proposed plan. Existing canopy notes from the approved site plan have been added to the landscaping sheet. 31. Correct heights of retaining walls have been shown on the plan. Maximum proposed wall height is 30". 32. Comment acknowledged. 33. Sight distances have been shown on the plan. Sight distance profiles have been provided on Sheet C3-01. 34. Private/public roads have been specified on the plan. 35. Pavement details have been revised on sheet C3-03. 36. Parkview Drive cross-section shown on sheet C3-03. 37. Additional road section has been removed from the plan. 38. No stone access paths will be included with the development. Stone access path detail has been removed from the C3-03. 39. Existing conditions sheets have been separated to match the approved site plan. 40. Original pavement, grading, and drainage notes from approved site plan have been included on the cover sheet. 41. Owner signature provided on the conservation checklist. 42. Comment acknowledged. 43.
