This letter is to inform you that pursuant to Section 18-10 and 18-45 of the Subdivision
Ordinance the above referenced application has been rejected. The submitted plan does not
contain the following information which is required by the ordinance. The applicable provisions
of the ordinance are included.
1. Title of subdivision. (Each application requires a name) [18.52a]
2. Note that Ronald Harvey is the owner and provide complete address. [18-52a]
3. Specify the width of Route 699. [18-52d]
4. Correct acreage data. [18-52d]
5. Label power line easement. [18-52e]
6. Show "End State Maintenance" on Route 699. [18-52e]
7. Provide boundary survey. [18-52e]
8. Show preliminary plans for bridges or culverts. [18-52h]
9. Show tract boundaries near York and Route 699. [18-52i]
10. Dimension each building site. [18-52o]

12. All three rural preservation developments may be shown on a single plat. However, they
must be submitted separately. Each application must show the notation pertinent to it
alone. Each application must have sufficient information and notation to permit it to be
approved independently of the other two.
