The variance is sought to allow an addition to maintain the same front
building line as the house which was constructed in 1932 . The variance
will make the existing house and front porch as well as the new addition

JUSTIFICATION SHALL BE BASED ON THESE THREE (3) CRITERIA:
1) That the strict application of this ordinance would produce
undue hardship. 1 f 1

2) That such hardship is not shared generally by other properties
in the same zoning district and the same vicinity.
3) That the authorization of such variance will not be of
substantial detriment to adjacent property and that the

of the variance.

in respect to their respective interests in said tract hereby conveyed, that
they are seised in fee simple of the same and have good right to convey the
same; that they have done no act to encumber said tract; that the grantee
