CONCRETE &ASPHALT 1. ALL FORMS SHALL BE INSPECTED BY THE PROJECT MANAGER OR HIS REPRESENTATIVE BEFORE ANY CONCRETE IS PLACED. THE PROJECT MANAGER MAY REQUIRE CONTRACTOR, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST, TO REMOVE AND REPLACE CONCRETE PLACED PRIOR TO OR WITHOUT SUCH INSPECTION. 2. ALL MATERIAL INSIDE FORMS SHALL BE CLEAN AND FREE OF ALL ROCKS AND OTHER LOOSE DEBRIS, SUB -BASE MATERIAL SHALL BE COMPACTED BY MECHANICAL MEANS. 3.
