This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that Dorothy Monroe (owner) /
Kevin Quick (applicant) have made application for Variance 2004-006. The property is
described as tax map 121 , parcel 95, zoned Rural Areas, Scottsville Magisterial District.
The request is as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 4.1.6 of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce
the requirement for septic drainfields from 100% primary and reserve adequate to
serve a three-bedroom house to 100% primary and reserve for a two bedroom house.
Located on the east side of Rt. 715 near Keene.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 4, 2004 at 2:00
p.m., in Meeting Room 241 , Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is available for your review in the Albemarle County Building Code and
Zoning Services Office, Second Floor, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
