Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that Dorothy Monroe (owner) /
Kevin Quick (applicant) requested a deferral of their application Variance 2004-006, so
additional information can be prepared and acted upon at the next public hearing. This
public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on Tuesday, June 1, 2004 at
2:00 p.m. on the second floor of the County Office Building in Meeting Room 241.
The property is described as tax map 121 , parcel 95, zoned Rural Areas, Scottsville
Magisterial District. The request is as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 4.1.6 of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce
the requirement for septic drainfields from 100% primary and reserve adequate to
serve a three-bedroom house to 100% primary and reserve for a two bedroom house.
The property is located on the east side of Route 715 near Keene.
This application is available for your review in the Albemarle County Building Code and
Zoning Services Office, Second Floor, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
