I know that everyone is incredibly busy right now. We had a back and forth with you all last fall and I was under the impression that we could have an agreement in lieu of a plan for VSMP at disturbance of less than an acre. The Review for the following application has been completed: Application Number = FDP202100003 Reviewer= Frank Pohl Review Status = Requested Changes Completed Date = 06/01/2021 This email was sent from County View Production. Engineering Comments: - Clearly show area of cut/fill on the plan/profile views with a hatch. - Show stationing of driveway on plan views. - Land disturbance does not qualify for an agreement in lieu of a plan. A VSMP application with mitigation for stream buffer impacts is required. - Confirm that plan view on Sheet 3 shows both abutments. - Provide permitting approval letter from the ACOE prior to VSMP approval. - Driveways cannot exceed 16% slope. Revise slope shown on Sheet 2 to be below 16%. Advise to adjust maximum slope to 15%to allow for construction error. Provide deck elevation on profiles on Sheets 2 and 3. Confirm how proposed bridges will be anchored on bridge detail sheet. Provide a foundation design. Show radii at entrance in accord with VDOT driveway entrance standards. - Recommend confirming that VDOT will approve entrance location. - Show parcel boundary on Sheet 4. - Clearly identify proposed bridge locations on Sheet 4. - Provide floodplain modeling data (inputs and outputs). - Provide overall drainage area map.
