Clearly show area of cut/fill on the plan/profile views with a hatch. RESPONSE: The cut/fill areas have been shown with a cut fill area on the plan and profile on sheets 2 and 3. 2. Show stationing of driveway on plan views. RESPONSE: Stationing has been shown for the driveway on the plan view sheet 2, 3 and 4. 3. Land disturbance does not qualify for an agreement in lieu of a plan. A VSMP application with mitigation for stream buffer impacts is required. RESPONSE: On 6/2/21 it was determined that this plan does not need a SWM (see attached email). An agreement in lieu of a plan for SWM has been provided with this submittal. An agreement in lieu of a plan for Erosion and Sediment control was provided with the initial submittal (Single family lot with less than 1 acre of total disturbance) package. Mitigation for stream buffer application and plan has been provided. 4. Confirm that plan view on Sheet 3 shows both abutments. RESPONSE: All concrete sills have been shown with this submittal on sheet 10. 5. Provide permitting approval letter from the ACOE prior to VSMP approval. RESPONSE: The permitting letter from ACOE has been provided with this submittal. Clear spans do not require a Core Permit but do require a VMRC permit. See email from Vinny Pero to Jonathan Nystrom dated December 10th 2020. 6. Driveways cannot exceed 16% slope. Revise slope shown on Sheet 2 to be below 16%. Confirm how proposed bridges will be anchored on bridge detail sheet. Provide a foundation design. RESPONSE: The foundation sill design has been provided with this submittal. 9. Show radii at entrance in accord with VDOT driveway entrance standards. RESPONSE: Driveway radii at entrance cab be 12' if AADT is less than 50. Recommend confirming that VDOT will approve entrance location. RESPONSE: VDOT approved the entrance location on 6/12/21(see attached email). 11. Show parcel boundary on Sheet 4. RESPONSE: The parcel boundary has been shown on sheet S. 12. Clearly identify proposed bridge locations on Sheet 4. RESPONSE: The proposed bridge locations have been clearly provided on sheet S. 13.
