The variance requested a reduction of the front setback from a proposed shared driveway from 25 feet to 21 feet to allow subdivision of parcel with two dwellings. The Board approved a 4-foot reduction of the front setback from the shared access easement for Lot A. The Board approved a 4-foot reduction of the front setback from the shared access easement for Lot B. Both of these actions are subject to the following conditions: 1 . The northern entrance shall be closed and the culvert pipe removed prior to approval of the subdivision plat. 2. Any replacement dwelling placed on either of these parcels in the future shall meet the required setback from the shared access easement.
