This outdoor area will replace (4) parking spaces at the end of the parking lot and will include a covered pavilion, similar to the existing patio awning. The area will also include a continuous planter, screening the outdoor dining space from the parking lot. Additional parking will be added to support the additional square footage as follows: Outdoor Dining Area Patio 840 SF Parking Requirements 13 spaces per 1,000 sf of gross floor area = 11 new spaces required for outdoor dining Current Parking Spaces required: 86 (+11 new) = 97 spaces Current Parking Spaces provided: 94 (- 4 at outdoor dining) = 90 spaces +Additional 7 spaces added as shown on site plan = total parking requirements Additionally, according to Section 4.12.8 additional parking may be approved by the County to include Shared parking with the existing parking lot across Worth Crossing.
