To whom it may concern,
Please accept this letter as a request to create an outdoor dining area adjacent to the
current outdoor dining area at Timberwood Grill. This outdoor area will replace (4)
parking spaces at the end of the parking lot and will include a covered pavilion, similar to
the existing patio awning. The area will also include a continuous planter, screening the
outdoor dining space from the parking lot. Additional parking will be added to support the
additional square footage as follows:
Outdoor Dining Area
Patio 840 SF
Parking Requirements
13 spaces per 1,000 sf of gross floor area = 11 new spaces required for outdoor
dining
Current Parking Spaces required: 86 (+11 new) = 97 spaces
Current Parking Spaces provided: 94 (- 4 at outdoor dining) = 90 spaces
+Additional 7 spaces added as shown on site plan = total parking requirements
Additionally, according to Section 4.12.8 additional parking may be approved by the
County to include Shared parking with the existing parking lot across Worth Crossing.
