Valerie Long with Williams Mullen called me yesterday afternoon (attached is the voicemail for reference, if you'd like to hear it) and it sounds like the Applicant needs to have this Plat approved and recorded by December 1 to meet important deadlines on their end. I know this may be a challenging ask with everyone's current workload, but I know they would really appreciate it if we could get to this as soon as we can. As Valerie mentions in her voicemail this application (SUB202100154) is very similar to a previous application (SUB201900105) that was ready for approval, but the signature copies were never submitted. Based on this fact, I think this could be a relatively easy review if you all had the time for it. See my previous email for a link to the current application (SUB202100154).
