I'm discussing this with Earl Mottley at WW Associates, but John, I think you are exactly right about the signature block needing to be more detailed and to match that which was on the Block D-1 plat. That being said, the Stonefield Developer is Earl's client, we represent the Purchaser. I know this may be a challenging ask with everyone's current workload, but I know they would really appreciate it if we could get to this as soon as we can. As Valerie mentions in her voicemail this application (SUB202100154) is very similar to a previous application (SUB201900105) that was ready for approval, but the signature copies were never submitted.
