for final submittal and approval. Once signed by the Agent for the Board of Sueprvisors one copy will be kept for our
records and one copy will be returned to you. Make sure to print the Plats to scale, have all applicable parties sign them,

Thank you John and Kevin! We so appreciate your quick assistance with this. I'm discussing this with Earl Mottley at
WW Associates, but John, I think you are exactly right about the signature block needing to be more detailed and to
match that which was on the Block D-1 plat. That being said, the Stonefield Developer is Earl's client, we represent the
Purchaser. So I've asked Earl to confirm it with the Developer and update the plat which whatever signature block is
current and accurate, and resubmit it right away.

I'm reaching out to see if you all could expedite this review somehow. Valerie Long with Williams Mullen called me
yesterday afternoon (attached is the voicemail for reference, if you'd like to hear it) and it sounds like the Applicant
needs to have this Plat approved and recorded by December 1 to meet important deadlines on their end. I know this
may be a challenging ask with everyone's current workload, but I know they would really appreciate it if we could get to
this as soon as we can. As Valerie mentions in her voicemail this application (SUB202100154) is very similar to a previous
application (SUB201900105) that was ready for approval, but the signature copies were never submitted. Based on this
fact, I think this could be a relatively easy review if you all had the time for it.
