The offsite sewer easement will need to be recorded with the Clerk's Office prior to utility plan approval. ACSA will need to review and approve the draft deed and plat prior to recordation. Not planning smartly now for this contingency could lead to much more challenging — and costly - redesigns in the future. 2. It appears that the site plan proposes accessing water / sewer from common area owned by the Forest Lakes Community Association (and/or the Ashland Homeowners Association).
