Dear Ms. Moon:
The Site Review Committee has reviewed the development proposal referenced above. Initial comments from the
following divisions of the Department of Community Development and other agencies, as applicable, are
attached:
Albemarle County Planning Services (Planner)
Albemarle County Engineering Services (Engineer) (attached)
Albemarle County Information Services (E911) — no objection
Albemarle County Building Inspections — no objection
Albemarle County Architectural Review Board (attached)
Albemarle County Department of Fire Rescue (attached)
Albemarle County Service Authority (attached)
Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority — no objection
Virginia Department of Transportation — no response
The Site Review Committee has attempted to identify all issues that will require resolution prior to Final Site Plan
approval. Comments reflect information provided at the time the development proposal was reviewed and should
not be considered final. The applicant may request deferment of the project to complete required revisions if
necessary.

initial site plan approval:
1. [32.4.2.1 (f)] County records show that the $505.72 notification fee has not been paid. This fee will need to be
paid by Tuesday, September 7 for the initial site plan to be approved.
Comments to be addressed prior to final site plan approval:
2. [32.5.2 (a) General Information: boundary dimensions provided for north property boundary only. Please include
dimensions for other boundary lines.
3. [32.5.2 (b)] Parking spaces: adjacent parking space to the right of the ADA space should be eliminated. The space
does not meet the 18' length required.
4. [32.5.2 (i)] Provide right of way width for Pantops Corner Way and internal access road at north end of parcel.
5. [32.5.2 (i)] Travelways: distance between edge of pavement and sidewalk at east end of building is not legible
due to placement of travel arrow.
6. [32.5.2 (d)] Topography: there is a 3-4' break in the grade adjacent to south of the lower 5 parking spaces. Please
indicate how grade change will be addressed.
