The request is as follows: The applicant requests relief from Section 21 .7 of the Zoning Ordinance for a 19 foot reduction of the front setback from 30 to 11 feet to allow construction of a 2nd story to be added to an existing structure, located 16 feet from Route 680. The property is located on the north side of Route 250, at its intersection with Route 680.
