To Whom it May Concern:
In response to your request for a Letter of Zoning Compliance for the above -referenced
Property, please be advised of the following:
The Property is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development, per ZMA1996-00021,
approved February 12, 1997, with proffers. The permitted uses of the Property
are provided in Section 20 of Chapter 18 of the Albemarle County Code ("Zoning
Ordinance") but are limited by the proffers per the noted ZMA. The Property is
subject to the Airport Impact Area and Steep Slopes Overlay Districts described
in Section 30 of the Zoning Ordinance.
• The Property is subject to special use permit SP201300009 "ALL THINGS
PAWSSIBLE for a commercial kennel, approved July 10, 2013 with
conditions.
• The Property is subject to site plan SDP200600059 "Mill Creek Offices
Minor," the most recently approved site plan associated with the Property
appears the Property has been developed in accord with these approved
plans.
• No application for rezoning of the Property, or for a special or conditional use permit or
variance in connection with the Property, is now pending.
• There are no outstanding building or zoning violations on file associated
with the Property.
• Copies of any relevant records may be obtained via the noted links or by using the
Community Development Department Records Public Access link below. If unable to
find the records, then a request through the department's Records Manager, Paul
Bjornsen, at pbiornsen(a)albemarle.oro may be made. If the request is not based in
Virginia, it will take longer to fulfill.
