The property is described as tax map 55, parcel 57, zoned Residential, R-1. The applicant requests relief from Section 13.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the size of a proposed lot from 45,020 square feet to 39,435 square feet a reduction of 5,585 square feet. The applicant also requests relief from Section 4.1.2 to reduce the minimum size for a lot served by either central water or central sewer from 40,000 square feet to 39,435 square feet, a reduction of 565 square feet. This will allow the portion of the parcel located on the South East side of Lanetown Road to be created as a separate parcel. The property is located on both sides of Lanetown Road approximately 0.5 mile south of the intersection with Railroad Avenue.
