I have attached three reduced copies of our site plan which show the proposed revision. As previously discussed the City Gas Company can no longer provide gas services to our site. Therefore we have the need to install a propane tank. Said tank is to be a 1000 gallon above ground tank. The tank will be situated in the northeast corner of our site and will not be visible to the public or from the street. We have verified that the tank will not impede with the property line setbacks or easements of any kind.
