Comment Response Letter
Dear Mr. Moore:
We have reviewed all of your comments from September 7, 2021 and made the necessary
revisions. Please find our responses to the comments below in bold lettering.
1. The Radii for road A does not meet the minimum 200' radius required per RDM
Appendix B(1)-7.
Per email conversation with Adam Moore on October 6, 2021, yellow advisory 20 mph curve
signs have been added to Paradise Park Lane (formerly Road A). All sight distance standards
for 25 mph have been met.
2. Show "No Parking" signage on all roads without designated parking including the
beginning and end signage.
"No Parking" signs have been added and labeled along the east side of Horizon Road and
Paradise Park Lane (formerly Road A).
3. Please review RDM (B)1-28 I for Private entrances. The Standard CG-9D entrance gutter
is to be used for most single-family residential entrances with curb and gutter. Please
show the CG-91D detail on the plan sheet.
The single-family residential entrances have been called out as CG-9D and the CG-91) detail is
located on sheet C1.01.
4. Please review RDM Appendix B(1)-45 E for Landscape Considerations.
A Landscape Plan proposing street trees has been provided.
S. Please review RDM Appendix B(1)-53 H for Utility considerations. Please show any
conduits to be installed for power, fiber optic lines, etc.
Acknowledged. No conduits are proposed at this time.
