The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on June 10,
1992 approved the above-noted request to construct a church on five
acres zoned Rural Areas and Entrance Corridor Overlay District. Please
note that this approval is subject to the following conditions :
1. Administrative approval of site plan;
2. Seating capacity to be determined by adequacy of septic system, not
to exceed a maximum seating of 250 persons;
3. Approval is for worship and related church use only. Day care or
other such uses will require an amendment to this permit.
