Hello Andy,
By way of this message and attached documents, I am electronically transmitting for your review the final plat/
easement plat for Willow Glen Subdivision Phase II. Specifically, the following documents are attached:
• "Final Plat" SUB201900132 (revised, dated 10/29/2019)
• "Final Plat Review Checklist" re: County Code 14-317 (prepared by applicants)
• Original/existing "Willow Glen Community Association - Declaration" (2012)
• Revised/proposed Willow Glen Community Association Supplemental Declaration materials:
o "Declaration of Maintenance and Emergency Access"
o "Declaration of Additional Property Maintenance"
• Proposed "Public Use Access Easement" deed
I have also attached the "Willow Glen SWM Agreement" document provided by the applicants (dated 2008).
However, I am not clear on why the applicants provided that or what needs to be done (if anything) with this
document. I have copied Matt Wentland on this message to provide any clarification or context for that document,
and for the proposed SWM easements shown on this final plat. I am somewhat unfamiliar with the current status of
the WPO Plan and corresponding SWM easement/maintenance agreement for Willow Glen Phase II, so I request
that Matt help clarify what needs to be done at this time (if anything) related to SWM /WPO.
Andy, if you would like to see any of these materials in paper format/hard copy—or if you want to sit down for 5-10
minutes anytime to go over any of this info— please let me know and I'm happy to do so.
