Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference from the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified. 1. [14-308.1] Tier II Groundwater Assessment is complete; results are attached. 2. [14-302.A.10] Right of further division of proposed lots. Following each statement regarding development rights for area A, area B and the residue of TM 70 26A, add the note: "When used, the development rights shall be within their December 1980 boundaries." 3. [14-302.A.7] Lot boundaries. Include marking (such as a land hook) to indicate that the boundary line between 70-26A and Area C will be removed. 4. [14-309,14-310, and 14-416] Soils evaluations for the subject property have been reviewed by the Virginia Department of Health (VDH). A response letter dated November 29, 2021 from VDH is attached. 5. [14-316] The plat and maintenance agreement has been forwarded to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) for review and approval of the proposed entrances onto public streets.
