All reviewers have indicated "no objection" or otherwise provided their respective approvals. Therefore, you may proceed with obtaining notarized owner's signatures, and submitting the "signature copies" of this final plat for County approval. This should be a very quick turnaround time, and there is no fee for approval signatures. After the signature copies of the final plat are signed/approved, you may then proceed with recording the plat in the Circuit Court.
