Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference from the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified. 1. [14-308.1] Groundwater assessment. Provide groundwater assessment fee ($355) to initiate a Tier 2 groundwater assessment. The fee must be paid prior to plat approval. 2. [14-302.A.10] Right of further division of proposed lots. Provided the parent parcel contains 2 development rights, the notes should read as follows: Parcel 94-7A is assigned 1 development right and may not further be further divided. When used, the development rights shall be within their December 1980 boundaries. Lot 1A is assigned 1 development right and may not be and may not further be further divided. The subdivider shall submit to the agent with each final plat the results of percolation tests or other methods of soil evaluation used to determine the suitability of the soil for subsurface drainfields.
