Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference from the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinance, unless otherwise specified. 1. [14-302.B.7] Reservoir watershed/Agricultural-forestal district. Include a note that the property is within the Buck Mountain Creek watershed. 2. [14-302.B.7] Reservoir watershed/Agricultural-forestal district. Include a note that the property is not located within an Ag-forest district. 3. [14-302.B.8] Yards. The location of all yards required by this chapter and the zoning ordinance, which may be shown graphically or described in a note on the plat. 4. [14-309, 14-310, and 14-416] Soils evaluations. The subdivider shall submit to the agent with each final plat the results of percolation tests or other methods of soil evaluation used to determine the suitability of the soil for subsurface drainfields. 5. [14-316] The plat has been forwarded to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) for review and approval of the proposed entrances onto public streets.
