2. [14-302.A.3.] Please show location/width and label Berkmar Drive Ext. Provide deed bk.-pg. ref. for
Berkmar Drive Ext., especially as CDD is aware that VDOT has near -terra plans for further extending
Berkmar Drive Ext., through to Airport Road.
3. [14-302.A.5.] Please show "the location and dimensions of all existing and proposed public easements
outside of a street right-of-way. Existing easements shall be labeled with the deed book and page number
and the public owner of record." Confirm no existing ACSA or RWSA easements intersect TMP 32-41A2.
4. [14-303.C.] Provide boundary lines.
5. [14-303.I.] Please provide "a defrute bearing and distance tie between not less than two permanent
monuments on the exterior boundary of the property, and further tie to existing street intersection where
possible and reasonably convenient." Control point, hydrant top nut, EL = 616.83 is adequate substitute for
street intersection tie, but code requires ties to not less than two permanent monuments on the exterior
boundary of the property.
