Virginia Department of Health — Alan Mazurowski, alan.mazurowski@vdh.vir iginia.gov — Requested changes.
1. The plan indicates that water will be supplied by a public system, but sewer will be private. However, our
records show that the former deli/convenience store and residences were connected to the public sewer
system sometime after the original onsite septic system failed in 1998. Therefore, I recommend that the plan
be revised to reflect that change.
