This letter contains review comments for your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan.
Please provide revised drawings that demonstrate compliance with the reviewer comments.
This is the first (1st) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all
required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

1. [General Comment] Please include and revise the Cover Sheet from SDP202100007 to reflect this Letter of
Revision's changes.
a. Add a title to the Cover Sheet. It should state "Letter of Revision # 1" underneath the existing title.
b. Add a date of revision.
c. Cross out any sheets from the sheet list table that are not included in this Letter of Revision. The revised
Sheet table should show Sheet 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6.
d. Amend the parking requirements to reflect the 2 new parking spaces.
e. Amend the trash collection information in the general notes.
