Yes,we can absolutely do that. I will coordinate with Mr. Hyer and we will make sure those are on any subsequent
resubmission.
Thanks for the response!

Hello, Kevin.
I did get your phone message and I appreciate this follow-up. I'm glad the new mechanical units are not visible from the
EC.Would it be possible to include labels on the plan?
Thanks for your attention to this.
Margaret

Good Morning Margaret, `
I left a voicemail on your work answering machine, but do realize email is probably an easier form of communication
currently. I hope you're doing well during our new Covid-present reality.
The rectangles in question are new outdoor HVAC units set on concrete pad, installed during the interior renovation.
During an on-site investigation on March 21st to quantify the existing landscaping in response to the site plan
comments,we(myself and Daniel Hyer/the architect of record and civil engineer) observed, for the first time, these
units installed even though they were not on the original survey or site plan. The MEP/FS for the project was design-
build, and it appears the mechanical contractor has placed outdoor units without site plan coordination.
We felt obligated to show them on the revised site plan to present accurate existing conditions. On site,we also
evaluated the visibility of the units from the Entrance Corridor, and we're pleased to note the existing berm appears to
shield the units from the Entrance Corridor. An image below shows the units from the rear parking lot, and the next
image shows the view from the Entrance Corridor.
