SUBJ: Proffer for Sansone/Wilton Phase III Rezoning (ZMA 94-15)
DATE: November 22, 1994
Attached is the proffer that was submitted with the rezoning application for ZMA 94-15
(Philip Sansone for Wilton Country Homes, Phase III).
As we have discussed, this plan involves private roads, which presents some problems in
terms of proffers, but a preliminary subdivision plat has now been submitted and the private
roads aspect of the subdivision plat could now be considered by the Planning Commission
along with the rezoning.
Would you please look at the proffer and assess its legal adequacy? I'll be available for any
questions you might have.
Your prompt reply will be appreciated since the review of the rezoning request will need to
be completed before long. Thanks.

Dear Mr. Lilley:
Attached is the proffered plan for the rezoning and development of Parcel 581
Tax Map 78, dated October 24, 1994.
This plan will serve as a guide for development of the subdivision and any
changes in lot layout, lot lines and internal road design will not increase the
number of lots (38-19 further divided) or the location of the connection of the
internal road to the existing 50' access easement.

further information.
