Dear Dr Sansone:
This letter is to notify you that your above-referenced petition, has been scheduled for public
hearings as follows:
ALBEMARLE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION,
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 18, 1994
ALBEMARLE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS,
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 1994
Both of these meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m., Meeting Room#7, Second Floor, County
Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia. You will receive a copy of the
staff report and tentative agenda one week prior to the Planning Commission meeting.
YOU OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVE MUST BE PRESENT AT BOTH OF THESE
MEETINGS.
In order to comply with the notice provisions contained in Section 33.8.1 and Section 33.8.2, the
enclosed notification sign shall be posted by the applicant.
At least fifteen(15) days preceding the Planning Commission's public hearing, the applicant
shall erect on the subject property the enclosed sign(s). The sign(s) shall be erected by the

applicant within ten(10) feet of whatever boundary line of such land abuts a public road and
shall be so placed as to be clearly visible from the road with the bottom of the sign not less than
two and one-half(2'/2) feet above the ground. If more than one such road abuts the property, then
a sign shall be erected in the same manner as above for each abutting road. If no public road
abuts thereon, then signs shall be erected in the same manner as above on at least two boundaries
of the property abutting land not owned by the applicant.
Upon receipt of written notice that a public hearing has been scheduled before the Board of
Supervisors for the subject property, the applicant shall erect, at least fifteen (15) days preceding
such hearing, a sign(s). Such sign or signs shall be erected in the same manner as prescribed the
paragraph above.
In order to verify compliance with this provision, please complete the attached affidavit and
return it at the Planning Commission meeting and Board of Supervisors meeting at which this
item is heard.

requirements of Section 33.8.1 have been fully complied with for ZMA-94-15 PHILIP A.
SANSONE and that the required notification sign(s) has been continuously maintained for a
period of fifteen (15) days prior to the Planning Commission's meeting of OCTOBER 18, 1994
