I have reviewed your proposal for changes to the building located at 1680 Seminole Trail and I have approved
the following:
1. Paint the roof Valspar Empire 6003-28.
2. Paint the walls Valspar Madison Avenue 7006-14.
3. Paint the space above the windows/doors and below the roof black.
For reference, the following changes to the building were previously approved:
1. Remove drive-thru structure, repair walls to match existing building finishes. New window to replace
drive-thru window.
2. Portion of storefront to be replaced with glass overhead door. Temporary metal door also approved.
You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness. This approval is specifically conditioned on
the following:
1. Execution of the design indicated on the final approved plans, attachments, materials, samples, and
other submittal items presented.
Please note the following:
1. Any changes in the approved design will require a new application and additional review.
2. Certificates of Appropriateness are valid for the same period that the corresponding site plan is
valid. If there is no site plan required for the proposed work, the Certificate of Appropriateness is
valid for 3 years. Applicants requesting an extension of the period of validity must do so in writing.
The letter must be received by the Director of Planning prior to the expiration date.
