RE: Avemore Site Development Plans
WWA Project#: 201094.00
Dear Ms. Sprinkle:
Enclosed are the following: 16 folded copies of site development plans for Avemore, the
Application for Site Development Plans, a completed Site Development Plan Checklist, design
calculations and the required application fee of $3,745.00.
The submitted plans anticipate the construction of the "Regional Stormwater Pond," however, it
needs to be noted that we have not yet secured the agreement of the neighboring property owners,
nor have we resolved the pond's conflict with an AT&T fiber optic easement. If we are unable to
resolve these issues prior to submittal of our final site plan,we will be proposing an on-site solution
to the ordinance requirements.
We trust that this information will meet with your approval. If you have any questions, please do
not hesitate to call.
