Preliminary Subdivision Plat

Dear Sir or Madam,
This letter is in reference to the request for preliminary plat approval to create 5 lots on the 18.3 acre
parcel referenced above. As a neighbor to this property, while not opposed to the development of the
property in the manner proposed, Luck Stone is always interesting in insuring that neighbors, current
and future, are informed of its operations and their proximity to our location. As such, Luck Stone
would respectfully request that the developer of the property provide written notification to any
potential buyers or residents that Luck Stone operates, and will continue to operate, a quarry on
multiple parcels adjacent to the proposed lots. Additionally, Luck Stone will continue to operate the
quarry under the terms and conditions outlined as part of the county ordinance.
We would be more than happy to set up a meeting with the developer and/or county to discuss this
