However, given that there is no deeded access to TMP 76C-02-4 across nfP 76G-02-5 on the old driveway, I am of the opinion *hat the exemption established kv section 4.3.01 of the Zoning Ordinance pernuts the location and construction of the new driveway. I trust that you will concur with ray opinion and therefore withdraw the Deteradnation, of Violation of the Zoning Ordinance given on December 4, 2007, with respect to this matter. I look fica-ward to hearig further from you on this maner, Lary I McElwain Sent: Fridayjanuar—y1li 2W8 2:41 PM To: Ralph L. I was also going to line the driveway with a little rock wall. ( I do not have that picture at the office.) Maybe I can take the money from selling lots to do some of this work ( please right click and zoom in to see it). Maybe, Bob has some ideas. I am still willing to consider selling to Moje and whomever and putting deed restrictions as we discussed. I think Mrs. Holmes and I have an understanding on lot 5. I am not sure we need to meet. I can't think of anything more to offer. If you have some ideas, tell me. If one were to consider the resulting lots to be numbered I through 5 beginning with the lower lot nearest the intersection with Old Farm, would you still be willing to sell Lot I to Moje; to restrict for a period RHM - Ciose Vkfir.60 Frunn.
