DO NOT CLICK on links or open attachments unless you are sure the content is safe. Jeff. I think a tenant has been decided on, a therapy group called Skyline Therapy. We could put that down if it makes it easier. If they need to do their own zoning clearance I can notify them. Please let me know if I need to notify Skyline Therapy of their need to apply for zoning for their use. I thought we were just trying to get the property "re -zoned" for business use. So now I understand that each entity needs to apply for zoning clearance. As you point out the allowed uses in the DCD zoning area are numerous, and the 2- 3 proposed here apply. Hamilton Hill LLC is applying for the zoning use on the first floor. I operate under that as an independent contractor for Nest Realty. I just want a space for my office. My wife is an energy practitioner and operates under Hamilton Hill LLC as well. She justs wants a space for her office. Neither use really has it's own name. We just operate under the same LLC. Can we just apply as one? We certainly do want to pursue this clearance. We have been trying to get this done for the better part of a year now... Thanks Jeff! David H.
