Dear Ladies and Gentlemen
This letter is to notify you as adjoining property owners to property owned by Pantops
Park LLC that Virginia National Bank (applicant) has submitted a variance application.
The property is described as tax map 78, parcel 16, zoned Entrance Corridor and
Neighborhood Model District. The request is as follows:
Applicant requests relief from Section 4.15.12 of the Zoning Ordinance to erect three wall
signs at 64, 57 & 58 feet in height instead of 30 feet, a variance of 24, 27 & 28 feet. The
property is located at 1241 Richmond Road on the south side of Route 250 East, just east
of Riverbend Drive.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 6, 2008, at 2:00 p.m., in
the Auditorium, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
