This letter is to notify you as adjoining property owners to property owned by Bryan or Marcey
Hammon that they have submitted a variance application. The property is described as tax map
39, parcel 21Z3, zoned RA, Rural Areas. The request is as follows:
Applicants request relief from Section 10.4 of the Zoning Ordinance to construct an attached
garage. They request reduction of setback from a private road (front yard) from 25 to 15 feet,
a total reduction of 10 feet. The property is located in Emerald Ridge Subdivision at 2075
