High Street Charlottesville, Va 22902 RE: SUB2007 -00257 PJ Land Trust Tax Map Parcel 43 —18D Dear Mr. Dise: The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on, March 11, 2008, approved the above -noted petition, by a vote of 6:0. Please note this approval was based on the following conditions: 1. Lot Z1 and Z2 may not be further divided without further review and approval by the Planning Commission. 2. Lot Z1 and Z2 may not have more than one dwelling unit per lot. 3. The farm road shall be closed as described on note #5 on the subdivision plat. 4. A maintenance agreement must be submitted and approved by the County Attorney, as specified in Section 14 -317 of the Subdivision Ordinance, for showing the subdivider's participation in the maintenance of the roads in the Far Hills (i.e. Yellowwood Drive) subdivision and Catlin Road. Approval of this agreement is required as part of the final plat approval.
