Dear Mr. Grady:
At their meeting on May 6, 2008, the Board of Zoning Appeals voted 5-0 to approve
your variance request to reduce the front setback from Route 760 from 75 to 30 feet, a
reduction of 45 feet for the construction of a single-family home. This approval is
subject to the following conditions:
This variance is for the construction of a single-family residence on combined
lots 22 & 23, containing a total of .68 acres, as described in this file only.
2. The approval of this variance is conditioned upon the recordation of proper
instruments combining lot #22 with lot #23 and lot #20 with lot #21.
