As noted in the comments, you do not need to resubmit the shared driveway maintenance agreement and deed of easement. Because it is a shared driveway, and because there are no special circumstances that mandate requiring it, the County does not need to review it. However, it is suggested that you revised the document and record it. I apologize for any confusion I caused in the process. It had been required on previous project I reviewed, hence my confusion.
