Please clarify, and if possible resolve, the 0.12 -acre boundary overlap on the next revisions of these plats. It would be preferable not to have this unresolved overlap shown on the plats, in order to avoid possible conflicts with the terms of the conservation easement on this property. The 100 -acre residue parcel must not drop below 100 acres. 2. If the overlap cannot be resolved, we would recommend that the boundaries be adjusted to reduce the acreage of the smaller (29.34 -acre) lot and increase the acreage of the residue parcel so that, even if the overlap is decided in VDOT's favor, the residue parcel would still be at least 100 acres.
