THIS DEED is made as of the 29th day of April, 1994, by and
between JAMES L. CAMP, III ('Grantor"), and JAMES L. CAMP. IV
("Grantee"), whose address is 808 East Jefferson Street, Apt. C,
Charlottesville, Virginia 22902-5139.
W I T N E S S E T H:
THAT, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
(S10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Grantor does
hereby grant and convey with General Warranty and English
Covenants of Title unto said Grantee, the following described
property (collectively the 'Property-), to -wit -
PARCEL I. All that certain tract or parcel
of land situated on the northerly side of
State Route 618 in Albemarle County,
Virginia, containing 16.476 acres, more or
less, as shown on plat of W. Morris Foster
dated April 26, 1974, being the same property
conveyed to James L. Camp, III by deed dated
May 1, 1974 from Rita Kafka and Alexandre
Kafka, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the
Circuit Court of Albemarle County, Virginia,
in Deed Book 566, page 135, and shown on a j
plat of W. Morris Foster dated April 26, :I
1974, attached to and recorded with said
deed.
PARCEL II. All that certain tract or parcel
of land containing 50.179 acres, more or
less, lying and being on the Hardware River
in the Scottsville Magisterial District of
Albemarle County, Virginia, about three miles
northeast of the Town of Scottsville,
Virginia, on Virginia Route 618, being the
same property conveyed to James L. Camp, III
by deed dated February 13, 1971, from Henry
R. Kanarek, individually and as Co -Executor
of the Estate of Elias T. Kanarek, Wanda
Kanarek, and Carolyn C. Musselman, Co -
Executor of the Estate of Elias T. Kanarek,
recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit
Court of Albemarle County, Virginia, in Deed
Book 484, at page 452, and shown and
described on a plat of John C. Mackie,
Certified Land Surveyor, dated January 21,
1971, attached to a Certificate of James L.
Camp, III recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's
Office in Deed Book 505, page 374.

This conveyance is made expressly subject to all conditions,
restrictions and easements and reservations contained in duly
recorded deeds, plats and other instruments constituting `

constructive notice in the chain of title to the Property hereby
conveyed that have not expired by time limitation contained
therein or otherwise become ineffective.
