The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section, has reviewed the above referenced plan as prepared by Old Albemarle Surveying, dated
22 July 2021, and finds it generally acceptable.

A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The
