All lighting must meet ordinance requirements as outlined in Section 4.17 of the Zoning Ordinance. NOTES: On 12/2/21 the applicant emaded the following information with updated drawings: 1. What is the overall height of the sign? 7-8" (Please see page 4) 2. What is the overall height of the sign above ground level? 13'-6" (Please see page 3) 3. What is the height of the letters? 7-1/2" (Please see page 4) 4. What is the length of the "WORKS" portion of the sign? T-8" (Please see page 4) 5. What is the length of the "ALBEMARLE" portion of the sign? 4'-8" (Please see page 4) 6. Confirm that the wall sign letters are made of stone and mounted directly to the wall. Yes, confirmed. (Please see page 2) 7. Confirm there is no illumination intended for the wall sign. Correct, confirmed. (Please see page 2) The drawings reference a "stand alone sign". Note that I don't see an application for this in our files. Our "Stand Alone Sign" application was submitted on 12/01/21 (yesterday). We had 3 stones in the material palette because we included an existing "background" wall material as "STI," which is a new material for the new "Stand Alone Sign." For this "Wall Signage" application, only "ST2" and "STY are relevant. Apologies for the confusion. Both Applications should have the stone samples included.
