Dear Mr. Richardson:
This letter is to inform you that on August 26, 1980, during
the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals ,
your application for VA-80-37 was granted.
This variance allows relief from section 15A-5-5 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow an identification sign
for,El.dercare Gardens to be 32 square feet; a variance of 2 square
feet.

A condition was set that the variance run with the present
owner and not the land.
