Dear Mr. Roumeliotes and Ms. Katherine Kroloff:
At their meeting on February 5, 2008, the Board of Zoning Appeals voted 3-0 to
approve your variance request to reduce the side setback from 10 feet to 6 feet to allow
an existing covered porch to be converted to an enclosed room. This approval is
subject to the following condition:
1 . The variance is granted only for the enclosure of the existing porch measuring 15
feet by 10 feet as described in this application. Any further additions must meet
the applicable set backs at the time of the application.
