RE: Taco Bell Final Site Plan
Dear Mrs. Glass:
The Planning Department can give tentative approval of the
final site plan. However, as I discussed with John Green
today, I would like you to shorten the northern end of the
raised median by two or three feet. Also, please add a note
that landscaping shall be maintained and replaced should it
die. I am sorry I did not forward these comments sooner.
If you have any questions regarding these matters, do not
hesitate to call me.
I am assuming you intend to submit the final site plan on
January 22 . The corresponding Site Review Meeting which we
would sign the plan is February 8 . No additional fee is
required.

Re: Taco Bell at the Gardens Site Plan (SDP-89-089)
Dear Mr. Greene:
This letter is to inform you the above referenced plan has
been given tentative approval by the Department of Engineering in
accordance with Section 32. 4 . 3 . 1 of the Zoning Ordinance.
If any significant changes in design occur which affect the
grading or drainage of the site prior to final plan approval, we
will need to be informed of the changes. Failure to inform us may
result in a delay in signing of the final plan. To obtain final
site plan approval you will need to submit final plans in
accordance with the Department of Planning and Community
Development' s Administrative Procedure Governing Site Development.
Plan Approval as adopted January 13, 1988.
The signing of the final plan will be performed at a
prescribed time as defined in the procedure. For the signing.
procedure you will need the original master drawing and one ( 1)
mylar copy suitable for microfilming. The County shall at the
time of the signing retain the mylar copy for their records.
