Anyways, the parking revisions seem extremely minor. If you would, just provide a "justification" of the new proposed parking requirements and I will have no objections to it. If you're working on a Comment Response Letter please include this justification there. 616 parking spaces for this site is probably beyond sufficient. Based on my calculations there are 48 spaces that have since been developed under separate site plans. This means that if those 48 spaces are not available any longer the site would have 621 spaces (669 provided with the original SDP minus 48 spaces). From the approved site plan (SDP 201300061), the total parking counts included about 70 parking spaces that are no longer existing. It appears the area, shown in green below, was subdivided at some point and those parking spaces were removed from Costco's lot. Are there any zoning or special exception cases for this site or the two Stonefield parcels that covered this change in parking? We're wondering if that may account for the parking area that was on those parcels before they were developed separately.
