All comments have been addressed. Attached is a revised comment letter. As I mentioned below, please submit four (4)

know when you do so. I am teleworking and commuting from Richmond when I do come into the office, so I would
appreciate it if yall let me know when you intend on submitting the Plans for approval. I plan on being in the office early
next week to have at least two other plans approved.

I'm now realizing that GLA is probably Gross Leasable Area and was probably not affected by those subsequent
subdivisions.
Anyways, the parking revisions seem extremely minor. If you would, just provide a "justification" of the new proposed
parking requirements and I will have no objections to it. If you're working on a Comment Response Letter please include
this justification there. 616 parking spaces for this site is probably beyond sufficient.

I have looked at this a bit further and you're right. Based on my calculations there are 48 spaces that have since been
developed under separate site plans. This means that if those 48 spaces are not available any longer the site would have
621 spaces (669 provided with the original SDP minus 48 spaces). This LOR suggests there are 623 existing parking
spaces, so that sounds about right (621 vs 623).

That said, the requirements were based on the Gross Land Area (see below). If you can provide justification that the site
now contains a GLA (about 136,000 GLA or less ) that requires less than the 616 spaces provided then my comment will
be addressed.

I'm not sure what the calculation of that GLA would be of the land lost to those other site plans, but I'd imagine it is

Hi Kevin,
Would it be possible for us to hop on a virtual meeting to discuss this further? From the approved site plan (SDP
201300061), the total parking counts included about 70 parking spaces that are no longer existing. It appears the area,
shown in green below, was subdivided at some point and those parking spaces were removed from Costco's lot. Are
there any zoning or special exception cases for this site or the two Stonefield parcels that covered this change in
parking? We're wondering if that may account for the parking area that was on those parcels before they were
developed separately. Let us know when would work for you and I can set up a meeting.

I'm working on addressing the comments on the Letter of Revision #1 and was hoping you could provide the original
approved plans for SDP201300061 or if there was an online public records system I could download them from. I'm
trying to get an accurate parking count for the existing conditions on site in order to address comment #3 (copied
below).
3. 132.6.2(i) and 4.121 The approved site plan SDP201300061 indicates that there arc 669 required parking spaces
and 669 provided spaces currently on the site. Below is a screenshot of the cover page of the site plan for
reference. This Letter of Revision application suggests there are only 623 parking spaces on the site. Please
correct this information or provide additional information to explain the differences. The proposed 616 spaces
currently does not meet the required parking minimum.

I have looked at this a bit further and you're right. Based on my calculations there are 48 spaces that have since been
developed under separate site plans. This means that if those 48 spaces are not available any longer the site would have
621 spaces (669 provided with the original SDP minus 48 spaces). This LOR suggests there are 623 existing parking
spaces, so that sounds about right (621 vs 623).

201300061), the total parking counts included about 70 parking spaces that are no longer existing. It appears the area,
shown in green below, was subdivided at some point and those parking spaces were removed from Costco's lot. Are
there any zoning or special exception cases for this site or the two Stonefield parcels that covered this change in
parking? We're wondering if that may account for the parking area that was on those parcels before they were
developed separately. Let us know when would work for you and I can set up a meeting.
